Standard PPM’s (Planned Preventative Maintenance) include:

  • One or more visits per annum subject to usage
  • Free safety check to ensure compliance with EN16005
  • Basic adjustments required to ensure doors are working
  • Correction of any faults (closing speeds, sensors, backcheck and latching)
  • A survey reporting any major defects or upgrades required for safe & correct use
  • Access to 24/7 service call centre
  • Free logbook
  • Parts chargeable or inclusive
  • Reactive calls chargeable or inclusive, with emergency response times from 4 hours
