Safetell was founded in 1989 when it began providing bullet-resistant fast rising screens to protect high street banks against armed robbery. Since then, we have installed over 3,000 screens in branches nationwide and developed a range of products to meet the ever-changing demands of asset protection.

While our offering and positioning have changed to meet the industry needs over time, providing attack, ballistic and blast proof solutions to some of the UKs most iconic sites and most important institutions, we still provide the same customer-first service from initial site survey, through to ongoing maintenance and support.

What we are looking for!

An experienced Marketing Executive, comfortable leading the function in a standalone position, who has a genuine desire to work with our wider team to generate brand awareness and opportunity generation for the Sales Team.

We can be flexible on hours, as well as days/hours working form the office/home, but what we do require is a dedicated person who is willing to embrace the changing nature of a business that is growing fast and has a desire to market ourselves in a manner that reflects the changing needs of a fast-paced environment.

A true team player who wants to support with everything that benefits the business, from supporting the service team with documents and collateral to support improvements in our engineering provision, to recruitment and specific recruitment events, staff social events, as well as the equally important mission of lead and opportunity generation for our sales team.

In addition to the work within Safetell itself this role will carry an element of work within and for the Group function and therefore an element of experience of matrix management would be advantageous.

You will:

  • Be solely responsible for all of Safetell’s online and offline marketing.
  • Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan in line with company goals.
  • Work closely with the sales team to generate leads and support sales efforts.
  • Create engaging content and campaigns across various channels to drive lead generation and sales conversion.
  • Coordinate quarterly content, social media, and email plans, working with external agencies when necessary.
  • Plan and participate in networking events and exhibitions to increase brand visibility and support key account management.
  • Provide innovative marketing campaigns, initiatives, and collateral to meet the needs of the sales team and other departments.
  • Brand protection, brand enhancement and all-round brand visibility
  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and marketing collateral.
  • Manage the WordPress website and company CRM – Hubspot
  • Create engaging marketing campaigns across print, digital and in-person events (as required)
  • Track, manage and execute all marketing-based activities.
  • Manage the marketing budget, tracking ROI.
  • Work with and manage marketing agencies providing clear and concise briefs.

Skills Experience & Qualifications

  • Experience within B2B Marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and social media.
  • Previous exposure to managing agencies and SEO.
  • Website creation & management (in partnership with 3rd parties)
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Success in creating, planning and executing campaigns across email marketing and lead generation.
  • Experience with Google Analytics/Ad-Words/Search Console, WordPress and more.
