Customer Service Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a Customer Service Operations Coordinator to join our team on a full time permanent basis. The successful candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service and who would be excited to join our busy and growing customer service team.

Location: Dartford (office based role)
Salary: Competitive Salary

In this role the successful candidate will be responsible for co-ordinating customer service activities and ensuring that our clients customers have a positive experience.

Key duties;

  • Arranging engineer visits with engineers and wider customer service team.
  • Placing / management of purchase orders for stock / small works for the service division.
  • Stock control levels within Field tech vans and Main warehouses.
  • Maintaining tool register / stock
  • Identifying and resolving any urgent customer queries.
  • Responding to client queries via various communication methods
  • Addressing any customer queries in a professional and timely manner.

To be successful in this role;

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Good time management and problem solving abilities
  • Experience /proven track record of working in a successful customer service team.
  • Can do attitude
  • Team player
