Sales and Projects Support Assistant
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Reporting to: Sales and Project Director
What we are looking for
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, experienced and proactive Support Assistant to work collaboratively with our Sales, Projects and Support teams, in our friendly customer service driven office in Dartford. The ideal candidate should have previous office experience that includes regular telephone contact and the regular use of Microsoft Office suite. In addition, excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills, coupled with strong analytical and problem solving abilities are key, as there will be regular and ongoing contact with both external and internal customers. Additionally, you will need to be highly organised, adaptable, and able to prioritise tasks from multiple sources, while working independently. The ability to communicate clearly and accurately both verbally and in writing is also a must have skill for this position.
