The Safetell Service Division provides nationwide coverage,
24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

We offer planned maintenance programmes and emergency call-out services to support both Safetell and third party products.

Support is available for locks, access control, and video and audio systems. We provide service support for around 96% of all fast-rising screen systems in the UK marketplace.

Our technicians are strategically located around the UK and undertake routine maintenance and emergency repairs.

Customers have a single point of contact, the SafeCall Helpdesk, which is manned by Safetell staff around the clock. The average response time to site for an emergency call is less than 4 hours.
